Digital Products Only

All knitting patterns purchased from Daisy Gray Knits are digital products.

No physical products will be posted or shipped to you.

Your purchase is for a digital knitting pattern file only. Yarn, knitting needles, finished knitted items and other materials shown in photographs are not included.

How Your Pattern Is Delivered

Your knitting pattern will be sent by email to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

We aim to send your digital knitting pattern as quickly as possible following successful payment.

As patterns are delivered electronically, there are no postage or shipping charges.

Occasionally, emails may be delayed by your email provider. If you cannot see your pattern email, please check your spam, junk or promotions folders.

Incorrect Email Address

Daisy Gray Knits cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address being supplied when placing an order.

If you realise that you have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us with your order details and we will be happy to help.

Pattern Not Received?

If you have not received your knitting pattern within the expected delivery time, please check your spam or junk folder first.
