Welcome to Daisy Gray Knits. By purchasing or downloading a knitting pattern from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Digital Products

All products sold through Daisy Gray Knits are digital knitting patterns only. No physical product, finished knitted item, yarn or other materials will be supplied unless specifically stated otherwise.

Your pattern will be supplied digitally following successful payment.

Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address where applicable and that your device is capable of opening the file format supplied.

Copyright

All knitting patterns, designs, photographs, written instructions and associated content sold or displayed by Daisy Gray Knits are protected by copyright.

Patterns are supplied for your personal use only.

You may:

Download and print a copy of the pattern for your own personal use.
Make finished knitted items from the pattern for yourself or as gifts.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, redistribute or resell any Daisy Gray Knits pattern, in whole or in part.
Share pattern files or printed copies with other people.
Upload patterns to websites, social media, online groups, forums, file-sharing services or other platforms.
Sell or distribute altered, translated or reformatted versions of Daisy Gray Knits patterns.
Claim any Daisy Gray Knits pattern or design as your own.
Use Daisy Gray Knits patterns for teaching, workshops, classes or commercial pattern distribution without prior written permission.

Purchase of a pattern gives you a licence to use the pattern for personal purposes. Copyright and ownership of the pattern and original design remain with Daisy Gray Knits.

Finished Items

Unless otherwise stated on the individual pattern, finished items personally hand-knitted by you from a Daisy Gray Knits pattern may be sold on a small-scale basis.

The knitting pattern itself, its written instructions, photographs, charts and other content may not be reproduced or included with finished items for sale.

Mass production or commercial manufacturing using Daisy Gray Knits designs is not permitted without prior written permission.

Digital Downloads, Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, they may be supplied or made available immediately after purchase.

Where applicable under consumer law, by requesting immediate access to digital content you acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right to cancel once the download or supply of the digital content has begun.

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not normally available once a pattern has been downloaded or supplied, except where required by law, for example if the digital content is faulty or not as described.

If you experience a problem with your purchase or believe you have received an incorrect or faulty file, please contact Daisy Gray Knits so that we can help.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Pattern Information

Every effort is made to ensure Daisy Gray Knits patterns are accurate, clear and easy to follow.

Knitting results can vary depending on yarn choice, tension, needle size and individual knitting technique. It is the customer's responsibility to check yarn requirements, measurements, tension and other pattern information before beginning a project.

If an error is discovered in one of our patterns, we will endeavour to correct it as quickly as possible.

Purchasing

You must provide accurate information when placing an order.

Prices and availability may be changed at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

Payment must be successfully completed before digital products are supplied.

Intellectual Property

The Daisy Gray Knits name, original knitting designs, pattern text, photographs, graphics and other original website content remain the intellectual property of Daisy Gray Knits unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Daisy Gray Knits or any third party.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Daisy Gray Knits is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of a knitting pattern or for differences in finished results caused by materials, tension, knitting technique or modifications made by the customer.
