Blanket, Hat & Bootees knitting pattern for new baby.

*A simple pattern using three shades of yarn to create the perfect gift for new baby.

*The use of three yarns creates a wonderful colour change effect.

*The fully reversible blanket knits up quickly using two strands of yarn held together.

You will need a pair of each 6 mm , 3.25 mm & 4 mm knitting needles. ( UK size) (10.5, 3 & 6 US sizes)

 And approx. 300 grams / 870 metres of DK yarn in three different shades. (100 Grams of each) I used two solid colours and a variegated yarn.

Finished size of blanket approx. 24 x 28 inches.

Hat & Bootees to fit 0-3 months baby.

Hat - head circumference approx. 13 - 14 inches

Bootees - heel to toe approx. 3 inches
